Documents listed below must be received 3 days before your pet arrives in order for us to obtain special permit at Customs House.

• Vaccination Certificate. This is to prove the all shots and vaccinations are up to date.
• Health Certificate. This must be obtained no more than 10 days before departure.

If a pet travels alone, duties must be paid and the amount is based on the pet's declared value and the cost of the freight. For example, we recently paid $200.00 on a Siberian Husky arriving from the United States.
