New items may be brought into Mexico, but duties must be paid. All new items will pay duties depending on the place of origin (made in …). In addition, you are just allowed to pay duties for 10 new articles, Before sending new items to Mexico always check first that there are no restrictions or permits to be obtain before shipment arrives to port of entry.

• Customer must indicate to packers which items are new. These items MUST be packed in the same Lift van and this Lift van must be identified as such.
• A Declaration Form for Customs of new articles must be completed and signed by customer.
• Customer must bring original invoices. They must not be included in shipment.
• You can not include new items on ocean and air shipments.
