• Copy of FM-2 or FM-3 Visa.
  • Original inventory list in Spanish, which must be legalized by the Mexican Consulate at the place of origin. This list must include make, model and serial number of all electrical.
  • Original of the Compromise Letter, guaranteeing that the goods will be shipped out of the country when stipulated term is over.
  • Declaration Form for New Articles. You need to fill out this form with your personal data, declare if you are bringing New Items or not and sign it.
  • Value Form for Customs. This form needs to be signed by customer and our Customs Broker will complete the rest.
  • Value Letter. This is only for SEA SHIPMENTS, you just have to complete it with your name, address in Mexico and phone number. Our customs broker will complete the rest.
  • Authorization Letter to the Customs Broker. This is only for SURFACE SHIPMENTS This is a letter in which you authorize the customs broker to do the customs clearance on your shipment. You only have to complete it with your destination address in Mexico and your signature at the bottom of the page.
